Hare Embroidery

Hello, today I have some embroidery to share with you that uses the Hare image from the Wildflower Meadow Clear Stamp Set by Craft Consortium.
I started by stamping the Hare image from the stamp set with Gina K Amalgam Black Ink onto some Calico and heat set it. I then painted the Calico with Derwent Inktense Blocks to create the illusion of a flower filled meadow and sky. I then heat set this and added it to the Embroidery Hoop.
I then used a variety of Cross Stitch Threads to embroider the image. I also added some grasses and french knot flowers to finish.
