Hobby Art Felt Deer Decoration
Hello, today I have a Christmas decoration to share with you that uses a deer stencil from Hobby Art.
For the deer I added some Bondaweb onto the back of some brown felt. The deer stencil was then used to trace out the image onto the backing of the Bondaweb (make sure that the image is facing the opposite way to what you want in the final result).
The deer was then ironed onto the middle of a piece of Linen and was then stitched in place using a sewing machine.
The wreath was made by taking an embroidery hoop and wrapping some coloured raffia around the outside hoop and securing this in place with double sided tape. The linen was then added into the hoop and the hoop was tightened.
The ribbon was made using some ribbon from Gold Decor and a wooden button, which was tied onto the bow with string. The mistletoe is part of an ornament from the pound shop that I took apart and the silver twigs are from some silver leaf decorations for the tree.
The silver snowflakes are some Glitterations stickers from Docrafts and some white pearls, both of which were glued into place using fabric glue.
I hope you like this Christmas decoration and thanks for visiting.
