Papercraft Society Box- Daisy Mae Edition

Hello, today I have a card to share with you that uses the Daisy Mae Papercraft Society monthly subscription box. This was my first time using one of these boxes, and it was certainly money well spent. Everything from the stamps and dies to the papers and embellishments included in the box are top quality. And all packaged so beautifully, it was a real treat to open and of course this is made even better by the fact that it included Clare Rowlands wonderful designs. The following card was made using the products on the box , with the addition of my own ink, adhesives, water brush, a white gel pen and few white snowflake sequins.

The images were stamped with Desert Sand Memento Ink onto the watercolour card provided in the kit. They were then coloured using the watercolour pencils included in the kit and blended out using a water brush. I then added white gel pen details and cut the images out using the matching dies. I also cut the letter box so that it would open. Fake snow was added to the branches and the Postbox before being set aside to dry.

The card base was made from Kraft Cardstock and fits inside a 5 x 7 envelope. Patterned papers and white card included in the kit were used to decorate the card base and a small envelope was made from a scrap of paper. The sentiment was also included in the kit and was edged with Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink.

The branches were then added to the card with glue and the Postbox and robins were adhered with 3D Foam squares. The card was finished with some small white snowflake sequins from my stash.

I hope you like this card and thanks for visiting.
