Crafty Cardmakers Challenge #170- Time

Hello, today sees the start of the new challenge over at Crafty Cardmakers. Lin is hosting this time around and her chosen theme is 'Time'.

I decided to base my card around the saying 'Tempus Fugit'. So I picked out a watch face stamp from Crafty individuals and some wing dies from Cherry-Lynn as a basis.

I then picked out a few more stamps from Crafty individuals including a musical text background stamp, a birds nest, ink splatter and an ornate scroll that I used throughout the card.

The backing papers are also from Crafty Individuals and I have decoupaged the Doves and used a Tonic flower punch for the flowers.

The tag die is from Marianne Designs and the large clock face has been cut using my Silhouette. I have used lots of Ranger Gold Embossing Powder, Pearl Mica Spray and gold rhinestones to finish my card.

I hope you like this card and please check out my fellow Design Team members blogs as they have made some stunning projects.

Thanks for stopping by.
Sally.x.

  4. Absolutely gorgeous Sally! Resplendent in gold, the die cuts and stamps work perfectly together. I thought the doves were a 3D resin embellishment not decoupage! You've given them such wonderful dimension. I love all the added details but especially the 'eggs' in the nest and the mica spray finishing it all beautifully. Debra x
