Crafty Cardmakers Challenge #157- Love, Love, Love

Hello, today sees the start of the new challenge over at Crafty Cardmakers. Julie is hosting this challenge and has chosen 'Love' for her theme.

For my card I picked my design papers first, which are from Kanban's 'The Language Of Flowers' 6 x 6 paper pad.
The swirly corners, leaves and small scalloped circle were cut on my Silhouette and the hearts were cut using some dies from Marianne Designs.
The paper flowers were cut from dark pink card using two Marianne Designs dies. I then rolled up the roses and hot glued, before brushing the tips of the petals with white Acrylic paint.
The clay roses were made with a silicone icing mould and paper clay, which I painted with Acrylic paint when dry.
The leaves were coloured with 'Bundled Sage' Distress Ink and the Love sentiment is from Personal Impressions and has been stamped with Black Archival.
I finished the card with some Aurora Borealis sequins (which look way too green on the photo) and some pearl hearts.

I hope you like my card and please check out my fellow DT's blogs as they have made some wonderful projects.
   Thanks for stopping by.
