Spring Carnival Mask

Hello, today I have a carnival mask to show you that I have decorated. The mask is a Decopatch mask, which I have painted with Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Paint in Picket Fence. I then painted eye-liner and eyebrows with Gold Twinkling H2O's. I then made the "pointy paper pieces" using Crafty Individuals Book 3 (Springtime) background paper pad. I then attached the ribbon and pearl string with hot glue. The birdcage is a die- cut by Prickly Pear, which I have triple embossed with Gold Embossing powder. The bird and flower bud are stamps by Kanban, from their Birds Of Paradise- Humming Bird set, which have also been stamped and embossed. The butterfly stamps are by Crafty Individuals and is from their 'Conrinthian Butterfly's' stamp and has also been Gold Embossed. The flowers have been made with Woodware paper flowers, Perfect Pearl Mists, Marianne Designs Dies and Tonic Punches and the gold rhinestones were from my stash.

And finally a close- up of the birdcage and flowers. The finished mask measures 13 1/2 x 12 1/2 inches.

I would like to enter this into the following challenge: 'Spring In Fashion' with http://craftyindividualsblog.blogspot.co.uk/

Hope you like it and thanks for looking.
