In The Cherry Blossom's Shade

Hi, today I have a card to show you using the 'Sakura' Stamp set from Sheena Douglass. I have used a combination of the stamps with silver embossing powder to create the different backing papers and 'Worn Lipstick' Distress ink to add the colour. The tree, branch and single blossoms have been stamped with back Archival ink and water coloured using the 'Worn Lipstick' distress ink again. I have used Spellbinders dies to make the scalloped frame. The sentiment is also from the same stamp set and has been stamped with Black Archival ink. I have finished the card with some ribbon and Perfect Pearls from my stash.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge: http://www.mojomonday.blogspot.co.uk/

Hope you like it and thanks for visiting.

Love your stamping on this card and the image. You've made me want to get my embossing powders out again. It really is a beautiful card Sally!
I've been trying all day to post a comment but blogger wouldn't let me, it seems to be playing up today. Debra x
